Hello, I’m Julie.

I’ve been teaching English for over 20 years in the UK, Spain and Mexico. I have a Diploma in the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language to Adults (Dip RSA, now DELTA) and a PGCE. I teach general English and I specialise in Cambridge examination preparation for IELTS, FCE and CAE.

I consider myself to be an effective, dedicated and empathetic teacher. In my 1:1 lessons you get the opportunity to work on the particular skills you need. For example, these could be writing skills to raise your IELTS band score or speaking skills for accent reduction to improve pronunciation.
